I really wanted to leave this review because the kindness we received today meant more to us than I can properly put into words. I had been trying to find somewhere in Milton Keynes that could clean and shine a pair of boots for my partner. We are going through an incredibly difficult time as I have recently been dealing with bowel cancer and, devastatingly, my partner’s son was murdered just before my operation. Amazing service from Tom H, came in with a tricky challenge. He really helped us try and find a solution. Unfortunately it was something that couldn’t be done but not to fault Tom. He didn’t charge us for his time as he wasn’t happy to because he couldn’t find a solution. Lovely, chatty and very helpful

Ozzie was amazing! Car key fob broken couldn’t get in the car as lock had broken too , we called and he was so helpful, such good service highly recommend
