A cautionary tale. I went to the Timpsons at Sainsburys to get a replacement Crown for my Seiko Eco Solar watch. Gary, the Timpsons crafts person spent 20 minutes sorting out with the main office a replacement. However, as it would take at least 4 weeks to get the part, I made the decision to go elsewhere (without letting Gary know, my bad).
