The lovely man who served me glued my leaking boots as a temp fix free of charge while I waited ! He advised me about a more permanent fix and costs. Had heels done before, always professional, friendly and good quality work.

quoted £10 to replace a battery in a key fob, so I checked in Poundland and they had four batteries for £2 It took less than a minute for me to change the batteries over

Unfortunately I think I came face to face with the same surly man that many others in the Google reviews have encountered. He was rude, unwilling and inconvenienced by my presence. I made a complaint to head office who kindly sent me some gift vouchers by way of apology (hence the extra star) Hopefully this man is retrained in how to deal with the public.

I popped into Timpsons just before closing and was helped by a lovely gentleman named Andy. He was quick, efficient, and really helpful with replacing the battery in my car park key fob. Great service with a friendly attitude. Much appreciated!

I went to Timpson Crayford to have my car key fixed. It was already checked somewhere else by other auto locksmith but they said it's been damaged severely that it can't be fixed. It got washed in the washing machine for 2 hours! I wasn’t really expecting much when I brought it to Timpson Crayford, but lo and behold...it's fixed! It saved me a lot of money to get a new one.
