DESTROYED MY WEDDING SUIT Please avoid this company. My wedding suit was irreparably damaged after being sent to their third-party cleaner. Two months later, I still have no clear explanation of what went wrong, nor any meaningful accountability. Never used these guys before but certainly will. Superb service on a watch by a really friendly and helpful young chap, who I really regret not taking note of him name. Very reasonably priced too. Highly recommended.
TERRIBLE - AVOID - DEFECTIVE PRODUCT - REFUSED REFUND. I paid them £84 pounds to cut two double bitted safe keys (buy two , get one extra) Well, out of three none of them worked. In fact , on closer inspection none of the three keys were the same as each other let alone the master key I provided. Sub-standard workmanship - simple as that. Popped in today with a broken watch strap. Oliver was extremely helpful and managed to fix it in about two minutes. Very impressed. Fully recommend this branch of Timpson’s. Helpful and accommodating.
