DESTROYED MY WEDDING SUIT Please avoid this company. My wedding suit was irreparably damaged after being sent to their third-party cleaner. Two months later, I still have no clear explanation of what went wrong, nor any meaningful accountability. The lack of care, transparency, and ownership has been shocking-especially given the sentimental and financial value of the garment. Highly recommended and if you time it right you might be able to park on the doorstep! Connor did a fab job cutting a key for me and provides all the usual Timpsons services, so it's really handy 👍

Terrible service. I dropped off my suit on a Monday to be dry cleaned after the guy behind the desk guaranteed me the suit would be returned by Thursday, which was important as I needed the suit for an event the next day. On Thursday the suit had not been delivered. I was given no explanation as to the delay, but was promised it would be returned by Saturday. It finally turned up on Tuesday, 5 days after I needed it. I was offered no apology, explanation or any kind of refund. I will not be going back.

Popped in today with a broken watch strap. Oliver was extremely helpful and managed to fix it in about two minutes. Very impressed. Fully recommend this branch of Timpson’s. Helpful and accommodating.
