Got the lifetime battery replacement on my wifes watch, no hesitation to sort out, excellent service and pleased to see quality dubbin for sale for my walking boots. Solid business.

I called into Timpson to get a replacement strap for my watch Bradley who works there was very very helpful.Not only did he replace the strap he also noticed some of the dials had came off,he then went out of his way to dismantle the watch and glue them back on.It was excellent workmanship and I would highly recommend Timpson in Bow street mall.Great work Bradley thanks again.
Phoned Bow Street Mall branch to enquire how much it would cost to change a battery in a Pulsar watch. The gentleman told me £13.95 one off payment of £19.95 for unlimited. I went to the branch at Bentrim Street Tesco only to be charged £19.95, I queried this only to be told I was given incorrect information. How can 2 branches that within miles of each other have such gaps in prices. Not very happy.
Got 3 keys cut recently... One was a tricky key which had to be ordered in. I received great help and service from Bradley(?) I would definitely recommend Timpsons.
