Fabulous service today, sorted out two watch straps for me whilst I waited. Happy customer.
Me and my wife went in to replace X2 watch batteries, price quoted was way to much, we ended up getting them way cheaper elsewhere. High quality service and products mean Timpsons maybe charge more . But the high quality service on this occasion fell short because of the lady's body language and tone also muttering to her self after we insisted she put back on 1 more link on my sons watch as it was way to tight after she took off 3links. What an absolute joke. Wanted £45 for a key worth barely £8. Even a new lock with a few keys is cheaper(same type of lock). Avoid SCAM!
I called in today for a new battery for my watch and a couple of keys to be cut. I have to say that Hayley who works here is superb and couldn't do enough for me or the other customers in the shop. She was very busy but managed to serve 3 different people at the same time and also engaged with us all. Great service from somebody who clearly enjoys their work...
Got a lot of keys cut for work purposes and Hayley was a star. Outstanding customer service and carefully dealt with the many keys to keep it organised. Very very happy customer today.
