Very poor quality of repairs. This is my 2nd battery replacement at this branch, one watch and one pocket watch. The watch wasn't sealed properly. It was returned with the rubber seal protruding from the case. The pocket watch sustained significant cosmetic damage to the case whilst having the battery replaced. A nasty rough edge has been left along the bottom of the case, along with other deep scratches in the metal. Be very careful when using this branch.
Charging random prices, didn't really make much sense for the service I got, At least 45% over other similar shops. Receipt I got wasn't itemised, I went there because I wanted to support the local community, but if they follow such practices, never again.
A great little place with excellent service. When it comes to wristwatch repairs or spares (batteries, straps), I wouldn't go anywhere else.
