I'd read several reviews here on Google about how nice Dan was, one of the reasons I decided to go to this particular Timpsons. True to word he is a gentleman and excellent at what he does I know where to go to have my shoes and watches fixed.
Had a handbag that needed some stitching and TLC. Dave began repairing it but unfortunately the needle snapped so he had to order another one I. He was most apologetic, did a fantastic repair job on the complicated strap system and even tidied it up generally! He went above and beyond to make me an extremely satisfied customer and only asked for £5 in payment. Lee was very pleasant when I bought my shoes in to be heeled.. he even rang me when they were ready .. and when I picked them up he had even cleaned to upper they look brand new.. cant fault it.thanks Angela
Did me a brilliant stitching repair on a good quality trainer - he went out of his way to get it done for me - at a very low cost - couldn’t recommend more highly
