Went in for some leather dye for my boots. The gentleman behind the counter was of a pleasant, warm, friendly demeanor. He was quick to help me with my request and gave some professional advice for the DIY I was partaking in. He was of good conversation and the short talk we did have was warm and friendly and communal. I don’t usually write reviews. I needed some keys cut today and went to Timpson in Letchworth. The gentleman who served me was absolutely brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. I was able to do a bit of shopping around the town and my keys were ready 20 minutes later. I felt valued as a customer and the experience today will ensure I return to Timpson again.
Went in with a snapped key, not o ly was the replacement perfect but we were told that if it didn't work to come back for a refund or replacement. The gentleman was very helpful took his time to examine the key and give us the best replacement he possibly could. Well worth the time and money would definitely recommend
Terrible service, do not go. Just got two car keys replaced (£40!!!). Didn't work so I went back and all they did was point at their "closed for lunch sign"...this after I told them I'd drive back with a crying baby in the back seat. Enjoy your lunch...
Went to get watch battery changed with timpson lifetime guarantee. Was refused earlier at the one in Sainsburys as guy said case number didn't match. Checked by guy at this store who confirmed it was correct. Changed with no hassle.
