Excellent customer service here! Really happy. I got a new vehicle key cut and made and the service was excellent. In fact, I ended up saving money here then going elsewhere as we were able to salvage an almost doomed car key. So very happy and based on this fact, I'm just about to return to get my new car keys cut.

Have had a problem with a broken Transit key that was odd in as much it didn't correspond with the information available. I spoke to Jay who couldn't have been more helpful. The result was a repair to get us going, meanwhile he's looking into the availability of the correct key. Very impressed. ( especially in current times)

Above and beyond! Where others shy’d away Timpsons took on the challenge. Has a chipped van key that I needed repaired but didn’t have the part that chipped off, so they had to guess that part of the key. I knew the risks, and it was worth taking because they nailed it. Van key now works perfectly

Staff member Jay at Hemstead Valley was so helpful. He went above and beyond when helping me today and I can't thank him enough. I tried a couple of different places before I ended up at that store and quite frankly until I got there noone could give a damn about diagnosing the issue I was having with a key. Thanks Jay you are an asset to the company and your customer service is exemplary.

Had a car key replacement for my kia. Had to order a new unit then they contacted me to arrange a day for me to take my spare key in. All done within 30 mins. Original kia key supplied.I had tried other car key fitting services but had trouble finding someone who could do it and they seemed not intrested. If I had gone to kia it would of been a lot more money. Great service.
