Dreadful service. The greeting started with a sigh from the guy behind the counter. He looked bored and annoyed he had a customer . I asked if he could repair my laptop strap as the leather had frayed. He said yes - no more explanation - this is what he thought was acceptable. Must have taken a whole 2 minutes. Charged me £15 for my trouble. (I know I could have bought a new one for less - thought support local businesses). Never again 😡 Dreadful, not even acknowledged the poor service

I had a terrible experience at this place. The guy working there was incredibly rude and showed absolutely no consideration. It felt like he was annoyed with me for simply asking to get some keys cut. When I asked him further questions, he treated me like I was an idiot. Yes, I may not be an expert at cutting keys, but that doesn't excuse his disrespectful behavior towards customers. Fantastic Service! Craig was extremely friendly and helpful and quickly fixed my car key which had been messed up at another store. Thank you!

If you ask for a car key they say they don't have it and they can't clone it . And even if you bring your own blank key they will say they won't do it for different reasons. one of them is that you didn't buy it from them. That's just awesome 👍

THANK YOU! I visited (sprinted 🥵) in to your store last night just after 5pm last night for a car key battery. My partner had been let down by the AA and was stranded in -3° for hours on a building site locked outside his car, alone in the dark with a dead battery. I didn't catch the gentleman's name but he couldn't of been more helpful! Credit to your store and an actual lifesaver!
