Exceptional service at the Timpsons centre by Poole Tescos, Sunday 30/11. The company strapline of a family business run on the values of trust and kindness were evident in the service received. It was only a small job ( refix a sole) but the time taken to provide a quality service at a remarkable price was very much appreciated. I didn't get the guys name, but thank you 😁👍. I will be back.
Took a watch to Timpson Redruth Tesco Extra to replace a battery in my fashion watch , when I asked the price the serving said £13.95 disgusting! I took to crystal image for replacement batteries and it only cost £4.95p. Timpson Redruth you are a disgrace and I certainly will be avoiding you in future and letting the public know to avoid too 😡
£24 for 3 keys!? It would have been cheaper to change the lock cylinder for £16 from any diy store...and that comes with 3 keys.
Good service from the polite chap at Thompson today. Dropped my watch in for a battery change (which had a Timpson lifetime battery change guarantee, last done in 2018). All done in about 10 minutes. Thank you 👍🏻
Care and courtesy received here always. I visit most years. Today, Tony shortened watch bracelets to a perfect fit and fitted a lifetime guarantee battery. All now good to wear - thank you.
