Exceptional service at the Timpsons centre by Poole Tescos, Sunday 30/11. The company strapline of a family business run on the values of trust and kindness were evident in the service received. It was only a small job ( refix a sole) but the time taken to provide a quality service at a remarkable price was very much appreciated. I didn't get the guys name, but thank you 😁👍. I will be back.
Tool 2 car key blades in to be cut and 3 house keys the man was rude and said unless we’ve supplied the car key blades themselfs at £100 they won’t do it bearing in mind I’ve picked up the blank blades for a couple of quid online
I've tried to get 2 different types of key cut in the last couple months and they've refused to do either of them the first was an assa abloy key that they needed some key card that came with the lock for security purposes which okay sure but then the next one was a car key I bought a new key and brought it in to get cut and they refused to touch it saying its company policy. Took a watch to Timpson Redruth Tesco Extra to replace a battery in my fashion watch , when I asked the price the serving said £13.95 disgusting! I took to crystal image for replacement batteries and it only cost £4.95p. Timpson Redruth you are a disgrace and I certainly will be avoiding you in future and letting the public know to avoid too 😡
Had a key cut 3 Times that didn’t fit the lock on the front door of my house the man was quite rude I eventually got a refund , I thought he was useless and quite rude
