I needed extra holes in a belt. My initial enquiry was answered on the phone,at the store,the chap who served me was like his colleague, positive,friendly and completed the job very well. Great customer service. Each time I've been there ,it is equally outstanding.

Absolutely fantastic service. Highly recommend. The two guys who work at the Shoreham Holmbush location are so friendly and helpful. They go the extra mile to try and sort out watch issues. Also very impressed with the lifetime guarantee for watch batteries. One payment of £24.95. The option to send your watch away for a service etc. is great. I drove from Bognor to this Timpsons because none of the shops near me could help. Thankfully, Mo was exceptional. Extremely knowledgeable and finally managed to fix my car key, with no bother and a smile. Absolute ledge.

Had new key made for car, £149.00, within 2 days went back as key wouldn’t lock/unlock car. Within last 4 weeks had to return 5 times , 2 of which had sign up ‘ back in an hour’ so still key doesn’t work. Also doesn’t set car alarm.
