I meant to leave a really positive review and got distracted. Anyway about a month ago I had three redundant watches, a combination of broken straps and batteries. Mo managed to resolve all issues in under 50 mins. I now have three functioning watches, and the repair costs were very reasonable. Highly professional and friendly service.
Timpson used to be a community shop now they’re a bunch of charlatans who charge outrageous prices for basic 2 min jobs. £5 to click the back of my watch in… imagine would have taken him less than a minute £20 just to change a key battery that costs less than £2 and took 2 mins and 23 seconds. Embarrassing
I visited Timpsons this morning and the chap that served me, Mo, was very friendly and extremely helpful. He did my 4 keys, served me with a smile and we exchanged pleasantries. I got home and they all work! A job well done from Mo at Timpsons. Thank you.
Mo was very efficient, offered a generous discount as I was having over 10 keys cut and called me as soon as they were ready. Very impressive
I had a problem with the fob with my curtsey car, the lovely gentleman on a Saturday was able to help without me having to pay a ridiculous amount with the AA.
