Used timpson fforestfach today the manager Dan was very professional. He heeled a pair of shoes for me . Great personality. Will recommend.
Great service by Dan today very multi skilled person seen him fix a watch for a person in front of me today in a couple of minutes, then was able to cut me a key from a key that I snapped in a padlock Definitely recommend
Asked for a new watch strap and battery for my inexpensive watch. It would have cost more than the watch! Went into Swansea market and paid just £10 for both. I had to make a trip into town anyway so wasn't wasting fuel etc. I also needed my boots reheeled and again cheaper in the market by a huge amount. It's often shut at random times too.
They are great. My watch strap came off my g shock watch and the guy there worked on it for over 10 min trying to find the right pin. And when it was done he said just put a pound in the charity tin. 😊I was there today getting a new watch battery.
Took my boots in for one of them to be reheeled, charge me £11 and the quality of the workmanship is very poor, one the plastic heel was wonky when he gave it me I had to ask him to straighten it, he got offensive, he cut off the material that hadn’t been tucked in, so my boot will fray. The other boot I had to tuck the material in myself whilst standing there, no offer to rectify his poor work. Didn’t even offer a discount for his poor workmanship & bad attitude.
