I feel compelled to give my feedback about the exceptional customer service I just experienced in your branch at Tesco Crooksfoot. I needed to have a spare set of keys cut for my new flat. Without hesitation Elisabeth not only made a new set of keys, she was also very engaging and a pleasure to speak with. I was not aware of the wide range of service Timpsons provide. I will certainly be returning again, and will highly recommend this branch to friends and family. Well done Elisabeth.

I visited the Ashford Crooksfoot branch recently as I needed to get some keys cut. I was served by the lovely manager, Liz, who was really helpful and sorted the keys out in no time. I ended up asking her a question about some shoes that I thought might be a lost cause and she explained how she could repair them for me, so I'm going to go back in with them. Loz was so friendly and knowledgeable, I would recommend this branch to everyone.
