Excellent service from Lee in the Mather Avune/Tesco outlet. He really went above and beyond sorting our mortice lock keys. A really nice guy and dedicated too. Fully recommend him.
My son put his wedding band in for alteration (made smaller) & the Smithdown branch kindly sent it to Timpson nearer to me to collect . Lovely phone calls throughout & very pleasant staff when I collected..Just hope when my son returns home it fits & he's happy ..& just to mention, the wedding band had an inscription of the bride & grooms names ect & technician managed to keep the inscriptions in tact ..Thank you
If you're in Liverpool and need a key cutting, go and see Lee at the Tesco Mossley Hill store. He's much better than the awful robot machines. Employee of the Century.

Great experience at this Timpson. Went in on a Friday afternoon to see if they might be able to fix a car key, a part was required to be ordered in. It arrived Monday morning and they called me straight away. Went in that afternoon and was fixed in half an hour. Excellent Service
