David has just fixed the zip on my favourite boots . He did it immediately while I waited. The boots are now perfect. But to add to it - it was free of charge. A lovely experience on a very wet and cold winter day. Thank you so much.
Lee is an absolute diamond, had a watch band with tricky links and he was able to sort with no fuss and juggling a steady stream of customers. He also helped my wife out with a fix to her bag last year. Superb service!
Great experience at this Timpson. Went in on a Friday afternoon to see if they might be able to fix a car key, a part was required to be ordered in. It arrived Monday morning and they called me straight away. Went in that afternoon and was fixed in half an hour. Excellent Service
