Lee is an absolute diamond, had a watch band with tricky links and he was able to sort with no fuss and juggling a steady stream of customers. He also helped my wife out with a fix to her bag last year. Superb service!
David has just fixed the zip on my favourite boots . He did it immediately while I waited. The boots are now perfect. But to add to it - it was free of charge. A lovely experience on a very wet and cold winter day. Thank you so much.

Went here today and had the best customer service I think I’ve ever had. My watch was sorted within minutes, great convo with the man who worked there, and even learnt a thing or two! Was seen to 5 mins before the place was shutting and wasn’t rushed or made of feel like a pain! As a young woman I kind of dread going places like these (similar to car places - haven't got a clue!) but I would highly recommend and will definitely be returning 🤗
