Kris went out of his way and really went the extra mile to do a brilliant job on my bag that I damaged. Both times I have been to Timpson Great Notley he has been kind and courteous and really wants to do the best for his customers

Amazing service- the man in the branch (sorry didn’t catch his name!) with glasses and ponytail is always incredibly helpful, polite and informative. He fixed a watch for me and shortened two watch straps. Service was top notch. Will definitely use again.
