Excellent service from Timpson again. Twice, I've gone to Kris at Gt Notley Tesco (5383) with unusual keys - a tube barrel key for a suit case and a very old key cabinet key. With a bit of inventiveness he managed to make them. Brilliant effort and a super guy. 5 stars and thanks very much. Always (for decades) used Timpson for keys and shoe repairs - driven by their great service and what they do for the rehabilitation of offenders. Its a great cause for them to champion and its why I will always use them.
Business response:
We are elated to hear about Kris's brilliant work with your unusual keys. Your decades of loyalty and support for our rehabilitation cause mean everything to us. Thank you, Alan!
Kris went out of his way and really went the extra mile to do a brilliant job on my bag that I damaged. Both times I have been to Timpson Great Notley he has been kind and courteous and really wants to do the best for his customers

Amazing service- the man in the branch (sorry didn’t catch his name!) with glasses and ponytail is always incredibly helpful, polite and informative. He fixed a watch for me and shortened two watch straps. Service was top notch. Will definitely use again.
