I have just been to Timpsons in St Mellons Cardiff(12.30pm Sat 17th Jan) with my husband to have some photos printed. What excellent customer service we had from the gentleman working there (I don't know his name, unfortunatley) Without even asking him he printed our photos for us and was so pleasant and helpful. Thank you so much.
I was desperate to get label's printed to return two parcels in the post office. The printer was not working so they advised me to try Timpsons. I spoke to Aaron who was so helpful. He was able to not only print my labels but also fixed them to my parcels. He provided excellent customer service. It's a real shame that he is only covering in the store for a week. Well done Aaron!
Would be helpful if it opened on time! A few times it’s not open and I’ve had to wait for 15+ minutes!!! JOKE!
Expensively expensive. There are cheaper places.
