Great super fast service. But I was sent here from Brislington branch as they said they couldn't do when the could. But longwell green was excellent.

Took my kilt shoes out for a wedding the next day and the sole was coming off, took it to Kingswood timpsons, the man was very friendly and said come back in an hour. When I came to pick them up it was fixed and he said no charge. Awesome service, definitely recommended 👌🏻
Just used Timpsons at LWG Asda for the first and will be last time. I had 2 different keys and wanted 2 copies of each. £40!! When I returned from Asda to collect them, I had to wait as someone was in front of me.It was then I saw the sign saying 3 for 2 on keys, I hadn't seen this sign before so I asked the man who said yes if you want a 3rd key free of each you can have it. I told him that I hadn't seen the sign before and his exact response was " we get some strange customers if people ask for 2 keys , I give them 2 keys"... read more
