Fantastic service. I had a set of keys made that didn’t quite fit and the guy who runs the place (think his name is Colin) re made them 3 times until he got it right. Turns out the key was unusually thin! Top guy. Would highly recommend.
I had a car key battery replaced, I am astounded at the cost for what took less than five minutes. £19.95 I was going to have both keys done, but was so shocked to hear the price. I have purchased the exact same battery 3 for less than £5 . Lesson learnt, what a utube video and do it yourself. Would never go there again.
I needed a key cut but the exact one wasn't in stock. I went to the Bath Road Timpsons but they only had one blank and I wanted two, so he suggested I try the Timpsons at Asda. The chap at Asda had no blanks but was very resourceful and used a slightly different one. This didn't actually work so I went back with the padlock and he found a better fit which worked perfectly. So thank you very much for persisting and not simply sending me away.
I went to Timpsons next to Asda in Cheltenham to get a key that I had originally had cut at Timpsons St Oswalds, Gloucester recut as it didn’t work. I met Colin at the Cheltenham branch and he was really helpful and kind. He cut me a new key and then gave me another one as he explained I should have been offered 3 for the price of 2 from the St Oswalds Timpson branch, which I wasn’t. Colin was wonderful. I have to say that Colin at Timpson (Asda) in Cheltenham is absolutely amazing! His customer service is outstanding. He repaired a broken car key by replacing the fob and cut me a new key which worked perfectly. I have since been back for a dry clean and again brilliant service. I am very happy with the service Colin provided and would definitely recommend their services.
