Went to the store on 30/04/2025 around 5pm. Young man, his name I don't recall but he had long hair greeted me pleasantly. My problem was a garage key i'd had cut from there and amended twice as it still wasn't fitting. I went to do my shopping and returned to him giving me 3 versions and advising atleast one should fit. Lo and behold it did and grateful for his initiative of doing 3 different versions. Thank you for your help.
Went in to Timpson kiosk at Tesco in Shirley to get a watch strap repaired on Tuesday 22.07.2025. Bt 3 & 4pm. The gentleman working there was very helpful and patient. Excellent service.
Got some keys cut today by a very helpful young man, friendly and professional. A credit to your business! Recommended for all your offerings and good customer service! Bravo 👏
£20 to get a watch battery changed. Buy it off Amazon for a 10th of the price. Completely unreasonable prices and reminded me to do it myself
