Thieves. My 80 year old mother has just been completely ripped off. She initially asked for four keys to be cut to be told there was an offer to have three of each when she went to pick them up. She was charged £48. I just looked online and it said keys can be cut between £5 and £7. 50 which means you’ve charged her full price for six keys when she asked for 4 telling her there was a special offer. Went here privouly and had excellent service also I have always had excellent service from Timpsons till this time I went wasn't so good a man before me wanted keys cut and told him it would take an hour the man went away disappointed then I went to his and asked could he shorten the heal I had a little which I have had done before at this store he told me no we don't do this service here I proceeded to explain that I had had it done before and he told me he was the manager and they didn't and if I wanted it doing i should g... read more

My lifetime warranty for my car key was not honoured. The reason given was there was a different battery in the key. I had to replace the battery whilst away for the weekend as the key failed. Very disappointing service
