After only a dozen or so wears of a new pair of shoes the thin bonded sole split at the heel making my shoes completely unwearable.. As these were quite expensive and my favourite shoes I took them to Timpson Quedgeley to see if they could be repaired.. Great work on my old veldskoens!! I seriously thought they were dead and done but the miracle man was able to give me back a great pair of 20+ year old shoes looking and feeling brand new!
Went and had a watch resized, a lovely chap called Matt helped me out and promptly removed the required links. Quick, professional service. I’ll be returning for any other needs. Thank you.
Top notch service. Needed heels fixing for a wedding and Matt did a fab job and his customer service is fab.
Very helpful and set my mind at ease over boots with damaged heels and soles. Would highly recommend here. Even glued hole in boot free of charge.
