I was really impressed by the first class service provided by Kieron today. Have used Timpson for a long time now and always happy with the first class service provided.
Needed some engraving done last minute, the chap behind the counter couldn’t have been any more friendly or happy to help/advise. He wasn’t able to complete my request but did tell me Timpson and Pitsea could do it, I drove down there and just as he said they were able to do it. Fantastic customer service.
Cant recommend highly enough used another local key cutting company and had grief with new keys cut to a point that they said i needed a new lock. Came to Simpson had 3 keys cut and absolutely perfect first time thank you so much. A happy customer is a returning customer.
After the guy working here completely ignored me for 10 minutes while he pissed about with his engraving machine, I gave up and left.
Sadly was told the damaged key couldn't be copied as bending it straight would break it and then he couldn't copy it. Went straight to the GC Glass and lock place in Rayleigh road who cut 2 perfect copies for £10 and gave me back the original bent key to keep to copy from in future. The best thing was he smiled while doing it and didn't make a fuss. Should have gone there in the first place.
