Had a key cut which unfortunately didn't fit the lock once home, returned the next day and it was a different person who said he would sort it out, he did something to the key. Again once home still didn't fit the lock. Surprising after reading all the good reviews, however I won't be returning.

I rang to ask about the price to stick the sole back onto my boot, as I had had a bad fall and ripped it off, and, spoke to a man called Kieran, who was so friendly and I was pleasantly surprised by the price quoted. I had been told by friends it would be quite expensive but the price very reasonable. When I went to the shop Kieran was so friendly and did an excellent job with my boots, and, they were ready for me in under 30 minutes. Needed some engraving done last minute, the chap behind the counter couldn’t have been any more friendly or happy to help/advise. He wasn’t able to complete my request but did tell me Timpson and Pitsea could do it, I drove down there and just as he said they were able to do it. Fantastic customer service.

Cant recommend highly enough used another local key cutting company and had grief with new keys cut to a point that they said i needed a new lock. Came to Simpson had 3 keys cut and absolutely perfect first time thank you so much. A happy customer is a returning customer.
