Used isnaps machine to print photos, used qrcode scanner as instructed on machine , to generate account. Have been scammed for £52 by a third party following this transaction. Timpson Customer Service says nothing to do with them, Asda said contact your bank. Bank says wait to see if money goes out, then report fraudulent transaction. Apparently you should NEVER use QR Scanner App on these machines as it leaves you open, however this is not warned about anywhere near the machines, Step 1 just says Scan Code. Poor customer service from a male staff member who was sat on his mobile phone as we approached and remained seated when we enquired about a new watch battery. He quoted us an extremely high price which we declined as we could not justify it. He then went back on his phone without explaining why the price was so high. Will not return to this Timpsons. Lazy! One star is one star too many!

DO NOT USE PHOTO MACHINE QR CODE in Asda Timpsons Ellesmere Port Been scammed. QR code goes to scam site 'Rapid Media'. Tries to authorise £1 fee to get you started. Shows on bank statement as 'CBYBILL' Was declined by bank but then went through but would let me do anything else. Next day £59.99 debited again, CBYBILL. Barclays starting recovery process for me and informed me it's a recurring payment monthly that's been set up. Had to have new card issued. Timpsons staff just say don't use 3rd part QR scanner on Android Ph... read more
Gave us the wrong type of key, it didn't work in our door. Got it sorted and fixed at a different Timpson store...
