Mark in Timpsons, Castle Lane, Bournemouth, couldn't have been more helpful. I recently purchased a Peugeot RCZ with only one key, and as the buttons were worn I needed a spare. Not only was he helpful, polite and quick, the service AND price were far more comparable to other quotes. Very happy customer. I am a stickler when it comes to customer service, and Mark did himself proud in all areas. Thank you.
Really can't fault the helpful and friendly service at the branch at Tesco Extra in Bournemouth, today. I got a new battery fitted to my car key fob. It turns out that the problem isn't the battery, but they made a couple of attempts and then immediately offered a refund- even though it was me who'd misdiagnosed the fault
Just popped in for a new battery for my watch, left my watch and realized I had a lifetime quarantine on my battery, returned with the paperwork and didn't have to pay a penny 😊, man was very understanding. Highly recommend the battery for life swap
