Came to Timpson, to get my keys done, it was my 3rd time coming( I went to a different timpson ) … Nick took the time to make sure I was given the right keys. He explain the process and made sure I was okay with the wait as he wanted to make sure I was getting the right keys before making them and had a lovely conversation while we waited . His customer service was amazing. I even witness him being extremely polite to a customer was very rude to him.

I have recently moved to the area and was looking for a good shoe repair and dry cleaning service. I happened across the Timpson outlet in the local Asda. Great professional and friendly service provided by Jon and colleagues. I am now a regular customer.

I visited your Greenhithe branch this week and was served by John. All I can say is what a very polite and professional gentleman he was. In my eyes he went over and above to help me. Thank you John.

Excellent service from Jason in Greenhithe! I turned up at the end of a long day to get some engraving done. My timing wasn't the best and I was a bit indecisive but Jason was super patient with me and made the time to produce exactly what I wanted. Great guy! Thank you so much 😊

Went to this store to get my marathon medal engraved. The Gentleman working on the day (Jon) was so professional and triple checked everything with me and made sure that i was happy with size, font etc. He new, this ment alot to me and the care and attention he provided on this service was outstanding! Jon was clearly very passionate about his job and came across as a clear assist to the company. 100% use again !!
