Mike was exceptional. Very professional, had excellent customer service skills. He managed to get my dad's watch repaired within a couple of days. Would highly recommend, if you do visit ask for Mike!

Always use Timpson when I need a new key or battery replacement for my car key fob. All around great service from a very polite member of staff very pleasant individual from the get go, with other point of sale products available at the counter, prices are fairly reasonable and they give you a copy of your key on a QR code key chain. Plenty of parking available. It’s usually a quick job making a set of keys or changing the battery to your car keys, so you won’t be waiting long at all.

Absolutely terrible experience. I left a pair of genuine leather boots worth around £300 at the Timpson ASDA Small Heath branch, and from the very beginning nothing was handled properly. My item wasn’t even entered correctly into their system. After two weeks of hearing nothing, I had to call them myself, and they claimed I never left anything with them – even though I had the ticket they issued. I would highly recommend Michael who works at Timpson's in Small Heath. He rectified the issue I had with my watch. He provided an excellent service and removed scratches from my favourite watch. Micheal was very understanding and I'm very pleased with the service.
