**A Heartfelt Thank You to Timpson – Small Heath** I just wanted to take a moment to say a huge thank you to the gentleman working at the Timpson branch in Small Heath. I took my son’s trainers in because they were badly torn and needed repairing. To my surprise, he kindly repaired them **completely free of charge**. As a single mum, this genuinely meant so much to me and was very emotional. Life can be a real struggle sometimes, and having to constantly replace children’s trainers can become very expensive. I went in needing a spare car key made, and Mike from the Small Heath branch was absolutely brilliant. So friendly, helpful, and really knew his stuff. He explained everything clearly, got the job done quickly, and the key works perfectly. Made the whole thing easy and stress-free. Just great customer service all round. Thank you so much Mike, much appreciated.

Always use Timpson when I need a new key or battery replacement for my car key fob. All around great service from a very polite member of staff very pleasant individual from the get go, with other point of sale products available at the counter, prices are fairly reasonable and they give you a copy of your key on a QR code key chain. Plenty of parking available. It’s usually a quick job making a set of keys or changing the battery to your car keys, so you won’t be waiting long at all.

The man is completely unfit for the job of cutting keys. Every time, the keys don't fit, and you have to go back several times to get them done properly. A total amateur! I do not recommend the services at this Timpson location.
