I went in needing a spare car key made, and Mike from the Small Heath branch was absolutely brilliant. So friendly, helpful, and really knew his stuff. He explained everything clearly, got the job done quickly, and the key works perfectly. Made the whole thing easy and stress-free. Just great customer service all round. Thank you so much Mike, much appreciated.
Mike was exceptional. Very professional, had excellent customer service skills. He managed to get my dad's watch repaired within a couple of days. Would highly recommend, if you do visit ask for Mike!
Always use Timpson when I need a new key or battery replacement for my car key fob. All around great service from a very polite member of staff very pleasant individual from the get go, with other point of sale products available at the counter, prices are fairly reasonable and they give you a copy of your key on a QR code key chain. Plenty of parking available. It’s usually a quick job making a set of keys or changing the battery to your car keys, so you won’t be waiting long at all.
Went to get my links taken out my watch very happy, shop was closed and he still did it for me free of charge after closing would recommend there prices are good
