Came in to get a spare car key cut. Adam was an absolute pleasure. Had a problem with the transponder so came in on his day off to fix the issue. Above and beyond! Great service would recommend.
Poor customer service. Had Battery replaced on my watch. After taking my strap apart. Was unable to replace the pin to put it back together. No apology. Better training needed.

Served by Lee M today at branch 5364 he was so friendly and helpful. I didn’t know timpson did watch adjustments and Lee was really helpful recommending how many links to remove for the perfect fit. Really happy with the service and really reasonable price - chuffed I can wear my watch now so thanks Lee! 😊
