Got to the shop 10 minutes before closing for a watch battery. Shop was in darkness and staff putting signs away. Asked if I could get the battery done. He said no it’s five minutes before closing. I said it’s 10 minutes actually. He said well I’m still not doing it. So rude. Will not be back. Why you closed the one in Morrisons Speke is such a shame. They were lovely

I got a £28 price for a key which is £7-10 online, just give number on key… My Sister took her key £30 which i got on line £9.95 each, and next day delivery.. Need to be cheaper Mr Timpson 200% cheaper many other places

Friendly staff did a wonderful job at replacing the buckle on my shoe. This isn’t something I thought they would be able to do but they managed to replace it with a very similar matching buckle and did it within an hour! Wonderful service, I would go back in a heartbeat should I need their services again.

Took a pair of my favourite shoes in to have some work done and was told to come back two days later to collect. Two days later I returned to collect them only to be told they'd been resold. What's the world coming to.

Excellent service from Timpson in Widnes, fixed a pair of my daughters school shoes. The repair was done to a brilliant standard - like new!! Very reasonably priced and a quick turnaround. The store manager is a credit to the company. Would recommend. Thank you
