Went for a spare key cut today at Timpson, ASDA Wrexham. Checked it when I got home and couldn't even insert it. Compared it with the original and noticed that the 'S' shaped profile of the original key had been cut in a mirror-image on the new key (ie reversed). Checked what time the shop closed (6.00 pm) and arrived at 5.55 pm. It was closed, locked with no sign of anyone. Brilliant service from Dave, was able to correct a previously cut key as well as sorting me out with a replacement car key (Timpsons ASDA wrexham)
Sean, the key guy really sorted me out. My 2010 Mazda key was falling apart and he ordered a new one which didn't quite fit but he was still able to change a part and put all back together. All the while being polite and courteous. Very good price point too.
I was very pleased with the service I received. Would definitely go again
Failed on a fresh key cut 3 times, local.key cutter only needed first attempt also under half the price, total tip off would advise to go elsewhere
