My farther-In-law called into the Claycross store to enquire about a car key cutting roughly three weeks ago! The man who was serving was quite small in height and no hair! He was quite rude to my farther in law and said he couldn’t do the key until he ordered the machine from the Plymouth store! He explained that this would probably cost around £280-£300 as it had to be programmed! Can't sing their praises enough. Above and beyond customer service. Warm, friendly and informative staff who really go that extra mile for each and every person that walks through their doors, even if you don't end up using their services (due to phone manufacturer). They're even friendly and welcoming to people who just want to chat (I've seen this countless times). They always welcome you with a smile.
