Popped in this morning to get some keys cut. Gary the shop manager was on holiday so I was served by Nathan who's in charge this week. Same great service, same friendly approach. Thanks Timpsons, you get it right every time.
Left a front door lock with a poorly working key with Gary for half an hour and i arrived back and the lock was working perfectly with a new key. Fantastic service so i got an extra 2 keys cut as well, all for a very reasonable price. Thanks
There is service and there is SERVICE. I popped into the Knutsford shop this morning and was served by Adam as my watch strap had failed. He very quickly solved the problem and when I enquired about the cost he just said "No charge". Truly amazing service from Adam and I will certainly be using that shop again.
Gary is literally a miracle worker! Taken shoes in over the years and got watch batteries from him but I thought my lovely boots might be beyond repair this time after getting stuck down a grid! He’s totally repaired both ruined heels and they look amazing. He’s also so pleasant whenever you go in. A credit to Timpsons. Thanks Gary!
Very helpful in Timpsons today. I had a damaged key on a van that was being scrapped and couldn't get in. He managed to fix it and didn't even charge me. I will definitely use again in the future.
