Had given in a designer puffer jacket costing £2500. Payed £70 for the clean which they recommended to me as it being a high end designer. Went to collect first time and it looked like it didn’t even get touched. Got sent back to redo and come back with dark stains all over. Asked for manager details and was told nothing would happen to fix this mistake and to go back to the manufacturers. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE BRINGING YOUR STUFF HERE AS IT WOULD GET RUINED.
Went in today and saw Carl, had an enquiry about a watch my partner bought me, he sorted everything and explained it, top man would highly recommend coming here and speaking to him.
Went to the Timpson store at the swan shopping centre wanting a simple battery replacement (I have the new battery) for my black shark 5 pro, apparently they can do an iPhone screen replacement but not a simple battery replacement without sending it off, waste of time.
Chris did a superb job on my scuffed shoes... This is how shops and service used to be before big commercialisation. Chris was friendly and professional from the get go... The shop was fully stocked, bright and clean. Very rude and bad staff, also trying to charge me £10 instead of £5 which Timsons from other branch suggested but they did not have they key size, when i told him that the other branch was charging me £5 he bluntly and disrespectfully said “ GO THERE THEN” . That is not professionalism at all. If you have a poor miserable life don’t reflect it on others. Should not be working here. ill mannered guy
