MR FLOYD Has excellent customer service skills with a genuine smile and a calm approach. No hard selling he listens and is always accomadating. He has extensive knowledge of all products and is willing to go the extra mile to keep his customers happy. I had a watch battery replaced with a lifetime warrantee. Very happy with everything I went in with my smudged with paint sandals and in less than half an hour they were like brand new. As well as the gentleman was very polite and pleasant. Would definitely recommend!
