MR FLOYD Has excellent customer service skills with a genuine smile and a calm approach. No hard selling he listens and is always accomadating. I had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional service. Their kindness and professionalism were truly impressive. I had lost hope for my beloved high heels, but they worked their magic swiftly and effortlessly, restoring my shoes to their glory. I couldn't be happier with the result!
Very happy with everything I went in with my smudged with paint sandals and in less than half an hour they were like brand new. As well as the gentleman was very polite and pleasant. Would definitely recommend!
If the slim guy with the bald head is working then the service is like 6 stars out of 5 as he charges reasonable rates and is so friendly and helpful its honestly a pleasure to shop there. If the other guy is working though my experience hasnt been great. He tried to charge me more than the slim guy for changing a pin in my watch (which is fine as timpsons do not set the prices so he can charge whatever he sees fit) but i politely declined as i wasnt happy with the price and asked if he was able to sell me the pin and i woul... read more
