MR FLOYD Has excellent customer service skills with a genuine smile and a calm approach. No hard selling he listens and is always accomadating. He has extensive knowledge of all products and is willing to go the extra mile to keep his customers happy. I had a watch battery replaced with a lifetime warrantee.
