Absolutely amazing service. I have had Irish dance hard shoes stretched here and straps replaced. They are always perfect. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone
Darren was very helpful and efficient today when I brought in my daughter's dance shoes. Saved me having to buy a new pair which I'm delighted about. Will definitely be spreading the word and returning again.
Brilliant service - Darren is an expert at his work, friendly and helpful. He goes above and beyond the call of duty to help customers - He has repaired or fixed watches that I never thought I would see working again - I have always been delighted with the watch repairs, battery replacement and shoe repairs- highly recommended!
I had a very disappointing experience with this shop. They held onto my watch for over 14 weeks without clear communication, and had sent it overseas for repair before mentioning. During that time, they rarely answered their phone, forcing me to travel in to visit the store multiple times just to get any information. Had the privilege of being served by Darren today who was amazing. My daughter had an emergency with her shoes and he sorted in the problem in less than 5 minutes. Excellent customer service 👏
