Absolutely appalled by the service for my Casio G-Shock Gravitymaster, which cost me £350. I took it in for a simple battery change, expecting a routine procedure. They supposedly performed a water pressure check and replaced the battery, but they failed to secure the water seal properly. Within days, the watch stopped working after minor water exposure – which is ridiculous for a watch designed to withstand 200m of water pressure. Stephen @ Drogheda store. I visited today as I had a mysterious problem with my car key, even stumping my mechanic. Stephen outlined options to resolve the issue and then went above and beyond to discover the issue with the key. He was patient, studious and very informative and I left delighted with the service, a new key with fob and a spare key (which I never had). I can’t praise Stephen enough for his time and efforts and I highly recommend. Nathan
€40 for soles and heels. 2 pairs cost me € 80. Very expensive. Went to pick them up shop closed on door was sign saying back in 1 hour 15 mins. Said they would give 10% off due to inconvenience, that was untrue i never got it. Will not use again
