Ordered a house sing in January and it’s now may and I still haven’t got it I went into multiple times between January and May and they had a different excuse every time from saying it was never ordered to blaming brexit. Also when I bought it they said I would get it in 2-3 weeks. I just opted for a refund and the person there even suggested I just get one instead of waiting. What a disgrace. Don’t buy house signs from them you won’t get them!
Excellent customer service, Miguel helped so much with fixing my shoe and listening to my issue. He showed a lot of knowledge and expertise. Overall a great experience and very kind and helpful service
