The first image, if you can believe it was actually a heel repair @ timpson next to Tesco. Not happy with repair. I took them to Dan & what a difference. Dan took care of it, & great customer service. Dan is the MAN for your shoe repair needs. Don’t bother going anywhere else. Trust me. Proof in the second image. Thank you Dan.
I went to Timpson’s today and hadn’t been here for a while. The gentleman at the counter was absolutely fantastic – friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly an expert at what he does. He’s a real credit to the company and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. It’s refreshing to meet someone who genuinely knows their craft and takes pride in their work. I’ll definitely be coming back because I love the fact that Timpson has people like him who really know what they’re doing. Thank you for such a great experie... read more
