The first image, if you can believe it was actually a heel repair @ timpson next to Tesco. Not happy with repair. I took them to Dan & what a difference. Dan took care of it, & great customer service. Dan is the MAN for your shoe repair needs. Don’t bother going anywhere else. Trust me. Proof in the second image. Thank you Dan.
I went to Timpson’s today and hadn’t been here for a while. The gentleman at the counter was absolutely fantastic – friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly an expert at what he does. He’s a real credit to the company and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. It’s refreshing to meet someone who genuinely knows their craft and takes pride in their work. Danny was fantastic. Immediately sorted an issue with a new watch recently purchased from Goldsmiths. While Goldsmiths customer service / aftercare at their Watford store was non-exist, Danny was superb. Highly recommended
I only go here when it’s the main guy at the counter. Big guy with grey hair. Hes excellent and has been there for years. The new people often dont have a clue and are often rude. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 because of that. Thanks to the main guy saving this Timpson 👍
so grateful to have my watch fixed, its really sentimental i could never replace it. much more needed fixing than i realised and they did it all plus the glass front so its like new all for the original quote cost for just a new dial on the side. it took a while as they had to wait for a part but communication was great i knew it was being looked after. i had also been working away when it broke so had took it to a different branch but was able to have it returned here to collect which was so appreciated. thanks so much!
