Fab place. Was able to get extra holes punched into belts. Great locations within atria, Watford!
Always good quality repairs at a reasonable price, both as Shoecare and now Timpsons. I've used this place many times and never been let down. I usually go there expecting to have to wait a few days to pick up shoes after repairs, but it's usually done within a couple of hours or by the end of the day. I haven't tried other services but based on shoe repair quality I would definitely go to them for anything else.
Amazing job on a rubber soled pair of Chelsea boots I didn’t even think could be replaced. Brought them back to life and cleaned them up like new. Danny is a legend!
Very rude customer service from Danny. Had some shoes that had been repaired by another one of his staff. The repair was good and well done but the customer service from Danny the main man, on collection, was atrocious. Very rude and I wouldn't go again. A shame.
I wish I had gotten the name of the gent who was working on Saturday the 25th he fixed my trainer just a bit of glue and didn't charge me regardless of my offers if this is monitored by anyone from Timpsons head office please reach out as I think this fella deserves praise for his excellent customer service
