Excellent service. Josh in Staplehurst repaired my shoes, with pleasing results, whilst I did some shopping. The cost was very reasonable I was impressed
The gentleman working there told me my watch was broken and I needed to fix it, he quoted me £90 but the watch was absolutely fine, he didn’t realised he needed to press one of the buttons to make it work. How can he be sure and quote me £90 to fix a watch that was not broken?!?!?? He also quoted me £60 to replace the battery on my Omega watch as he said he was opening an “ expensive “ watch. But my Rotary watch battery was £24,99 with life time warranty.
