Visited the kiosk inside Morrisons, Rothwell today (Sat 03 Jan) with my dogs coat which had a busted zip. The couple who was working instantly got to work in replacing the zipper and didn’t even charge us! I felt quite emotional afterwards as it’s rare to see such kindness in the world. Murphy is now enjoying walks in the cold weather with his coat again. Thank you again, we will remember you each time he wears his coat. Great customer service and quality re-sole of and heel repair on my suede boots. The boots are a light colour and sole and heel were coloured matched to suit and were shaved to perfection. A quality repair, thank you
I urgently needed a silk dress cleaning. Mary on the dry cleaning desk could not have been more helpful. She took the time to explain what was and wasn't possible given the mixed fabrics. She called me once it was done to explain what marks had gone and what hadn't, and what we could do next. She was really patient and incredibly helpful. I can't recommend enough.
Mark in Timpsons at Rothwell was very friendly and helpful when I took my watch for a repair. It only took him 5 minutes and my watch was mended, very efficient, will use again, thank you Mark
