Visited uour new store at Chester-Le-Street for the first time today. My wife needed advice on altering a leather belt. Mo was extremely helpful. His attitude is first class and he is a credit to your company. He was brilliant too with an elderly lady who came in to collect cut keys, so polite, amenable and friendly, a top bloke. I'll be recommending this store to family and friends for sure! Ann and Tony
Had car keys cut and pair if boots repaired today 12th May. Mo was incredibly helpful, friendly and offered a terrific service. Can definitely recommend using the Ch-le-St branch. Its rare to receive such good service!!
