Paul was excellent! After a wait for a watch delivery I needed to have it resized and engraved before my sons prom evening. Paul made the most perfect suggestion for the engraving; he got it done so quickly for me and resized it, using only my guess work on the size! My son was so happy, as was I. Thanks Paul, hugely appreciated.
Paul was very very helpful, despite an akward gate lock which needed 3 attempts to get the correct key cut he was very helpful, kind & receptive despite my many trips back! It works 🙌🏻 Thank you Paul! ☺️
Great service, thanks for staying open for me at the end of a very hot day!!!

He was amazing!!! Fixed my problem so quickly!!
Paul went above and beyond to repair my wife’s shoes.
Matthew at the new Martlesham Tesco Kiosk was brilliant - dropped off my husbands boot before going shopping, as the sole had come off. When we returned 30 minutes later, the boot was fixed with no charge! Thank you very much.
