What a service they provided me yesterday and today. Took my watch in to have a strap changed, yesterday the young gentleman spent nearly 2 hours trying to change the strap but to no avail. Today the young lady ( Anna ) completed the task, they were polite and very respectful. You might think it was a simple change but it turned out to be a full scale operation which they completed today. EXCELLENT service by the Timpson team. THANK YOU x
