Excellent service. Extremely prompt response to my call for help with a door which would not open. A part was required and ordered but temporary lock was fitted to allow door to be used in the meantime. When the part was available a further call was again very quickly arranged. Great service all round and from Andrew who was very pleasant, friendly and efficient. He fully explained our problem and the options available. Would definitely recommend him and would use again.
Had a time slot for between 9am and 1pm and he came 3 hrs late. Would understand if it was half hour late but not 3 hrs. will not be using you guys again
