OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! Jan 2025. I had a property that needed extensive pool renovation: Pool resurfacing, new skimmer, new return lines, etc. but it was late Nov (24) and I was in a time crunch. To make a long story short, NOT ONE of the local pool contractors or service centers would help EXCEPT Titan Pools. This company did a good job for the first 2 phases of our pool renovation. The 3rd phase they made the pool worse, there is a bigger leak in the pool, they damaged the paint in the pool and they will not fix the damages. There’s a leak coming from the new plumbing that has a cap that cannot be found anywhere. They did not fix our lawn that they damaged when they drove their trucks on it to get to the pool right after a rain. They did not fix a fence that they said they would do after they were done. These guys were fantastic, responsive! They helped me install a new heater and a pentair automation system. Easy to work with and did excellent work. Definitely using them going forward! Highly recommend.
Our pool guy retired this year so when the pressure gauge popped off our sand filter I started looking though my other pool contacts and selected Titan Aquatics. I'm very glad I did! The project started getting larger as we started to address fixing other pool issues that had been put off previously. Our 25 year old brick coping had started falling in a few years ago, which also holds up our automatic cover.
