Titan Aquatics took my entire pool season and left without finishing my work. All the work done was subpar...most having to be redone. The diving board promised was stolen back while I was on vacation. The light they installed has condensation on it and it's not wired. I have no idea if any of my equipment works as they left with my electrical outside not working. The paint in the pool was peeling before it was ever filled. I'm at a loss of words on why this company has a 5+ rating after seeing the multiple negative reviews on their website. As outlined in a previous complaint with this company, our situation is very similiar after signing a contract in August. We paid 50% up front for a pool renovation followed by 35% . The quality of workmanship is very poor. They poured the concrete decking, only to run out and finished with concrete bags. Needless to say the decking does not match. Do not use Titan Aquatics. The project was an in-ground pool. They started the project by breaking the contract showing up with the wrong material of walls. We had ordered the more expensive and better quality ones. They never once informed us or asked us for that matter until we asked them about the incorrect materials. And it went downhill from there.
