Waiting for over an hour now DURING business hours and there is no one arround. Ive wasted time and gas coming here and the gates are locked. The office door sign says they're open, the sign on the wall, next to the door, says office hours are 12-4. The gate has a paper sign on it that says we now need a 4 digit code to get past and to call the office or stop by for the code. By the way, gate access to our units is 8am to 8pm every day, even on holidays, according to the answering machine. Looks like access hours are now 1... read more
Beware, New Owners: Titan. The storage units are open to each other in the rafters. Another tenant caused a mold problem that is now all through the building. I was forced to move due to all the damage to my stuff (they say up front they will not pay for mold damage) and I left on the second of the month. I had auto paid on the first and they were not willing to pay me back for the prorated amount. Do not trust these folks! The place is moldy and they are not going to look out for you in the slightest!
** EDIT** THIS has changed names from ABC self-storage to titan the owners to A.B.C Shannon and Mama as they would like to be called they are so nice I miss them 😢 they are apart of why I am there they made my day complete and were always prompt on service!! I have rented storage through most of the places in the harbor. Abc is the best, the new management makes it even better. I've got to say they are the most understanding and sincere about whatever I've gone to them about. Shannon and his better half are going to make me miss having to store my belongings. I'll miss there warm welcome each visit.
I was very pleased on how comfortable I was during the process of renting a unit. He was very thorough and within a short amount of time which I loved. Very pleased! I felt welcomed and important and the area was very well kept considering its directly sitting next to a very busy highway.
