Horrible customer service! Planned a whole tow with my camper to the storage facility after countless correspondence with the phone guy. We told him it was time sensitive and were paying for a $180 tow. We signed the lease agreement with them and then we get to the gate and the phone guy decides to just fall off radar! Waiting for over an hour now DURING business hours and there is no one arround. Ive wasted time and gas coming here and the gates are locked. The office door sign says they're open, the sign on the wall, next to the door, says office hours are 12-4. The gate has a paper sign on it that says we now need a 4 digit code to get past and to call the office or stop by for the code. By the way, gate access to our units is 8am to 8pm every day, even on holidays, according to the answering machine. Looks like access hours are now 1... read more
Beware, New Owners: Titan. The storage units are open to each other in the rafters. Another tenant caused a mold problem that is now all through the building. I was forced to move due to all the damage to my stuff (they say up front they will not pay for mold damage) and I left on the second of the month. I had auto paid on the first and they were not willing to pay me back for the prorated amount. Do not trust these folks! The place is moldy and they are not going to look out for you in the slightest!
I was very pleased on how comfortable I was during the process of renting a unit. He was very thorough and within a short amount of time which I loved. Very pleased! I felt welcomed and important and the area was very well kept considering its directly sitting next to a very busy highway. I am very happy with the prices, cleanliness, and service I received at ABC Mini Storage. When I first opened the door to my unit is perfectly clean and secure. The site manager did a great job helping me understand their system. I highly recommend them.
