I needed storage space for a shipping container, & tool trailers. Calling around locally, had about given up. Apparently no one likes shipping containers but me. Who knew? Vernita at Gold Street fixed me up with just what I needed at a great rate. A lifesaver, highly recommend! Edit to add: Used them again at Gold St. With another conex. The above comment is from 5+ yrs ago. Easy in & out, never heard of any theft. Good place. Recommend.

Terrible terrible terrible! They’ve had homeless people living in the units. I’ve reported a person dumping their car out in the parking lot….nothing. The gate has been unsecured 12 flipping times in the last 45 days. No management to be found. My unit was broke into along with others. Then flooded. They didn’t even turn the pumps on nor notify owners until it had already been done and gone. Again gate left open and multiple units were left open for peoples belongings to be pilfered through. I had nothing but inconveniences as soon as I moved in. The first 2 weeks I had to call management because they gave me the wrong unit lock code and someone had to meet me on site to replace the lock. Property was not well kept and garbage was left outside of units, which I reported but no one followed through to clean it up. There were no security cameras and my unit was broken in to. I use to rent here and the prices were awesome,then the place sold and changed hands and also the prices went up 32.00 for my little storage space....I took my stuff out right away and don't think I will recommend it to anyone. After the response from new owner.... I removed my belongings in Dec. After giving a 45 day in advance vacate notice, they call me asking for a late payment,also regarding the reply to my post....
