For about a year, I had a 10x10 environmentally-controlled unit that helped me bridge the gap between the sale of my home in eastern AZ and the move into my home in Green Valley. Recently got a unit at this storage place and it’s been so incredibly easy and such a smooth process thanks to Tiffany. We were still on the road when I called to ask a couple questions and she was so sweet, kind, personable and helped us through the whole process. When we got there she was even more helpful and kind. So happy with our choice. Thank you Tiffany, because of you we’ll be recommending this place to others!
Very easy to set up a storage space. Good customer service. The young man at the counter took very good care of me, and helped me figure out all the relevant issues. I will definitely use Titan again.
Rented a 10x10 unit for 9 years. Nice units, you can drive right up. One problem we had was rodents/insects getting into unit. Some of our items were destroyed. I'd suggest using sturdy bins for smaller items, cardboard boxes were eaten into. Lots of dust blows in as well.
