I didn’t know about this location. I had been going to the Kahala office. This office is convenient but a little hard to find. It’s next to Lobster King adjacent to the First Interstate building. You can find it by walking along the parking ramp for the First Interstate building. The office will be on the right. It isn’t visible from King St at all. When I was there, the door was locked. I was asked what business I had with them. The let me in. The office was small but beautifully decorated and the staff was professional.
I aways use Rp Saunders at the King Street office of Title Guaranty, highly recommend. He returns calls immediately and is very helpful.
I just want to do a shout out to my favorite Escrow Officer Ridge Vuong! He helped me closed on our house. Any questions I had he helped me get the answers for it. He’s very professional and quick to respond! Thank you Ridge for being the amazing you!!
